‘Pau-fect’ Team Development Session at International School of Béarn
We were invited to lead two team development sessions at the International School of Béarn (ISB) in the French city of Pau for their INSET days.
The team development sessions took place at the English-speaking international school with both the primary and secondary staff across two days. The sessions focused on understanding communication types, self reflection, empathising with colleagues and concluded with a fast-paced team exercise to support team dynamics and collaboration.
